In 1968 I was published for the very first time.
This sunset won a contest sponsored by the old Sacramento Union Newspaper. Mark Twain actually worked there many years before. As the winner I had nearly the entire cover of the "Leisure Section". This was the inspiration that launched my long career in photography. This image will always hold a special meaning for me. |
